Asheville Fall Mini Sessions are here! As the hillsides turn to shades of gold and amber, and the light takes on that unmistakable autumn glow, Asheville becomes an artist’s canvas. These sessions are designed to be simple and joyful—a chance to slow down in the midst of a busy season and be fully present with the ones you love.

Whether we’re strolling through a sunlit park in Flat Rock, framed by fiery leaves at the Arboretum, or playing on the front lawn of the Biltmore Estate, every frame will hold a piece of this fleeting season. The air will be crisp, the colors vibrant, and the moments we create together will feel as warm years from now as they do during our session.

This year, Gracious Life Photography is offering three exclusive mini session dates—designed to give you beautiful portraits you’ll treasure for years (and just in time for the holiday season).

Last Light Fall Mini Sessions — Flat Rock & Asheville

📅 Saturday, October 4th — Flat Rock Park
Nestled among colorful trees and wide open spaces, Flat Rock Park is the perfect setting for cozy, leaf-strewn portraits. At this venue, families are welcome to bring their leashed fur babies! We will photograph your family naturally interacting, playing, and enjoying each other’s company.

Session Details:

• Free admission to Flat Rock Park
• 20-minute session
• $300 for up to five people
• 15 hand-edited images included (delivered within 3 weeks)
• Upgrade to all 20 images for $100 more
• $150 deposit required to reserve (applied toward total)

📅 Saturday, October 11th — North Carolina Arboretum

With manicured gardens, winding paths, and stunning seasonal color, the Arboretum offers a dreamy, golden-hour backdrop for your session. Families will be photographed naturally interacting, playing, and enjoying each other’s company.

Session Details:

• If you are not an annual pass holder, you will need to purchase entry into the Arboretum ($20 per vehicle).
• 20-minute session
• $300 for up to five people
• 15 hand-edited images included (delivered within 3 weeks)
• Upgrade to all 20 images for $100 more

Grand Lawn Fall Mini Sessions — Asheville’s Most Iconic Estate

📅 Saturday, November 15th — Front Lawn of the Biltmore Estate

Imagine yourself and your loved ones framed by the sweeping lawn and timeless architecture of Asheville’s most famous estate! Asheville’s famous Biltmore House will be in the background of your images, creating an elegant and unforgettable scene—perfect for holiday cards and seasonal prints.

• If you are not an annual pass holder, you will need to purchase grounds passes for admission into the Estate.
• 20-minute session
• $350 for up to five people
• 15 hand-edited images included (delivered within 3 weeks)
